Abstract

Sekundární hypertenze je definována jako zvýšení systémového krevního tlaku známou, mnohdy léčebně ovlivnitelnou příčinou. Nejčastějšími příčinami jsou onemocnění ledvinného parenchymu, renovaskulární hypertenze a primární hyperaldosteronismus. V přehledu je zpracována diagnostika, základní klinické a laboratorní vyšetření u sekundárních forem hypertenze.

Abstract (in English)

Secondary hypertension is elevated systemic blood pressure that results from an identifiable, often correctable cause. Most common cause of secondary hypertension are renoparenchymal hypertension, renovascular hypertension and primary hyperaldosteronism. There is presented the overall guide to clinical examination and essential workup of secondary types of hypertension.
