They were unfortunately only phenomenologically, without mathematical describing. Only together with requirements of thin solid films mechanical properties measurements mathematical describing has been improved. Also the new method - Depth Sensing Indentation (DSI) has been used from that time. Our work deals with research of microhardness of some pure metals measured by DSI. ER -
