Abstract
At the beginning of the 20th century methods of hardness measurement of metals have been involved into technology. They were unfortunately only phenomenologically, without mathematical describing. Only together with requirements of thin solid films mechanical properties measurements mathematical describing has been improved. Also the new method - Depth Sensing Indentation (DSI) has been used from that time. Our work deals with research of microhardness of some pure metals measured by DSI.
Abstract (in Czech)
Na začátku 20. století byly do technické praxe zavedeny základní metody měření tvrdosti a mikrotvrdosti.Tyto metody však byly až do konce tohoto století metodami fenomenologickými, bez matematického popisu. Teprve v souvislosti s potřebou měření mechanických vlastností tenkých vrstev byl matematický popis těchto metod zdokonalen a zavedena nová metoda měření, tzv. instrumentovaná mikrotvrdost. Naše práce je věnována matematickému popisu těchto metod a jsou zde uvedeny výsledky výzkumu mikrotvrdosti některých čistých kovů
