Abstract
This lecture focuses on Bogomil-Cathar relationship. On a more general level, it addresses the problem of construction of links and genealogies of religious groups and currents in historical sciences. The main question of the lecture is not how things actually were, but under what conditions can we attempt to make any meaningful claims about the socalled Bogomil-Cathar relationship.
