Obžalovaní byli obviněni z řady trestných činů, které nespáchali a přiznání k nim pak na nich bylo vynuceno krutými výslechy a nátlakem. Při těchto procesech byly obžalovaných udíleny velmi vysoké tresty. V průběhu procesů byla porušena značná část tehdejšího právního řádu a byly hlavní ukázkou protiprávního jednání tehdejší státní moci. Tento příspěvek nazírá na politické procesy z pohledu dodržování zásady „nulla poena sine lege“ a posouzení výše trestů za činy, k nimž se obžalovaní přiznali. ER -
