Abstract
This chapter introduced romantic relationships in the adolescence period from two various perspectives facilitating a complex view of the development of this type of close relationships in the adolescence period. The representations of the relationship and sexual behaviours in adolescence were examined in our research by various interviewing methods with regard to the character of the examined issue. While the views of the form of a romantic relationship were a part of the interview, capturing the heterogeneity and variability of this phenomenon by means of open and more specifying questions, sexual behaviours were examined in a more confidential environment, which was provided to the respondent by computer administration. By combining these methodological approaches, we were more likely to draw a more realistic picture of this phenomenon, which is one of the building stones of romantic relationship in adulthood.
