Abstract
This work reports enrichment techniques of the phosphopeptides and peptides containing cysteine sulfonic acid residue using IMAC tips containing iron ions and titanium dioxide chromatography. The methods were optimized using tryptic peptides of alpha-casein and albumin. After enrichment procedure the modified peptides were analyzed by MALDI-TOF.
