Abstract
Contemporary society in our cultural settings have become increasingly aware of the great importance of sport not only as a part of mass culture, but in broad understanding, for individual and social health and well-being. Physical activity of people plays an increasingly important role in scientific interest regarding the way of life of contemporary society and it is very important factor in the process of officiating the level of healthy and active life cycle, quality of life and health in general.

Soudobá společnost naší kulturní sféry je si stále více vědoma zvyšujícího se významu sportu a pohybových aktivit jako efektivního a nezastupitelného faktoru přispívajícímu k aktivnímu, zdravému způsobu života a jako prevence sedavého způsobu řivota a následné obezity.
