Abstract
The contribution deals with guild regulations and the possibility of their repeal. Nature of guild regulations and judicial review of them is not clear but rights and obligations covered by guild regulations originate with respect to tens of thousands of individuals, quite often already on the basis of these administrative acts, not only at the moment of particular act of their application. Therefore the main attention is focussed on issue, whether guild regulations can be measures of a general nature.
