Antibodies were covalently immobilised on gold surfaces of PZ crystal resonators and SPR chips. QCM Analyzer and Biacore 3000 were used for real-time and label-free measurements of immunocomplexes. Concentrations of B. atrophaeus below 10^5 CFU ml-1 were successfully detected. ER -
