Abstract

V originále

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common neoplasm of the adult kidney accounting for about 3 % of adult malignancies. As the role of miRNAs in RCC pathogenesis is emerging, it has been postulated that miRNAs can serve as new potential biomarkers that may improve diagnostic, prognostic and predictive abilities, and consequently, the management of RCC patients.
