Abstract
This cross-sectional study compares gait force and time characteristics of women aged over 30. Sixty women with ordinary physical activities participated in the study. They were divided into three groups according to their age (A 30 – 39, B 40 – 49, C 50 - 60). Each group contained 20 women. For research were used capacitive pressure insoles in the shoe (Pedar Mobile, Novel Munich, 99 sensors, 100 Hz). There were realized laboratory survey of natural walking three stances of each leg were assessed, always from between the third and eighth steps. Six parameters had been chosen for monitoring, three recording vertical ground reaction force and three time parameters of gait. F1 - force peak during loading response, F2 –lowest force during decline between both peaks, F3 - force peak during terminal stance , time of stance (t), tpr - time of propulsive stage of stance (TSt, PSw), tab - time of absorption stage of stance (LR, MSt). To compare vertical ground reaction force among different persons, percentage of body weight (%BW) was used. Statistics: ANOVA. A tendency of gradual decrease in the size of vertical force on the sole in mBW has been observed in dependence on increasing age of the observed women in F1, F2 and F3). Significant differences were found between groups A and C for F1 in BW (p=0.008) and for F3 in mBW (p=0.039). This manifests a natural development of gradual decrease in human force abilities depending on their age. The average time of one stance increases with an increasing age; a significant difference has been found between groups A and C by 9.4 % (p=0.006) and between B and C as well by 7.8 % (p=0.02). This increase is mainly a consequence of prolonging the time of stance propulsive part (terminal contact and preswing) in elder aged groups. If compared to group A, the time of the second phase of stance was prolonged in C by 18.2 % and in B by 14.7 %.

Studie se zabývá vybranými biomechanickými parametry chrakterizující chůzi běžné populace v ČR. Bylo vybráno šest ukazateů, tři silové a tři časové chrakteristiky kroku. Srovnávány byly skupiny žen ve věku 30 - 60 let rozdělené podl věkových dekád. Byly zjištěnyvýznamné rozdíly mladších skupin k nějstarší jak v silových tak i věkových ukazatelích. To znamená především zhoršení kvality silových schopností žen s přibývajícícm věkem. To znamená potřebu nejen aerobního zatížení, ale i pohyhových aktivit uržujících dostatečnou úroveň silových schopností.
