Abstract

Obsahem konference bylo představení vytvořené základní metodiky pro oblast výuky zdravého životního stylu (zaměřené mimo jiné i na problematiku poruch příjmu potravy) jako součást školních vzdělávacích programů v Jihomoravském kraji. Na konferenci byly realizovány také interaktivní workshopy, jež účastníkům prezentovaly, jak pracovat s různými oblastmi zdravého životního stylu zpracovanými v představené metodice. Také byly představeny výsledky výzkumných šetření. Konference byla připravena ve spolupráci Katedry Výchovy ke zdraví Pedagogické fakulty MU a Občanského sdružení Anabell.

Abstract (in English)

The content of the conference was to present the basic methodology developed for the teaching of healthy life style (among other things, focused on the issue of eating disorders) as part of educational programs in South Moravian region. The conference was also conducted interactive workshops presented by the participants to work with different areas of healthy lifestyle processed in the staged methodology. Next the results of researches were presented. The conference was prepared in cooperation of the Department of Education for Health of the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University and Civic Association Anabell.
