Abstract
Bércové vředy mohou mít různou etiologii. Nejčastější příčinou jsou onemocnění vaskulární, ale jiné vnitřní či zevní příčiny mohou hrát roli v jejich patogenezi. Správná diagnóza je podmínkou správné terapie, která urychluje jejich hojení.
Abstract (in English)
The leg ulcer is disease which various aetiology. The major cause of leg ulcers are vascular diseases, but other endogenous causes and exogenous factors may be play the rolle in the pathogenesis of leg ulcers. The correct diagnosis leads to the specific therapy that ideally accelerates the healing of the ulcers.
