Udržování genomu je základním předpokladem životaschopnosti buněk a replikace, opravy a rekombinace DNA jsou hlavními procesy, které se na něm podílejí. Abstract
Genome maintenance is a core requirement for cellular viability, and DNA replication, repair, and recombination are major processes involved. RECQ4 emerged as a crucial component in these processes, as evidenced by its mutation-linked diseases, such as RTS, Baller-Gerold, and RAPADILINO Syndromes.
