This thesis focuses on the communication abilities of people
with autistic spectrum disorders. In the theoretical part of
the definition of autism, causes, diagnosis and forms of
autism. People with autism spectrum disorders have difficulties
in communication, which are manifestations of expressive and
receptive language component in verbal and nonverbal
communication. For the communication of people with autism
spectrum disorders are characterized by certain specific
features. The empirical part of this thesis analyzes the level
of communication and communication skills of a boy diagnosed
with autism from birth to present age of eleven years.
