This thesis is focused on the analysis and implementation of IT
infrastructure for the EurOPDX consortium under the EDIReX
programme. The main goal of the project is to improve cancer
research through the usage of Patient-derived tumour xenografts
models. The thesis describes the motivation behind the needs of
new IT infrastructure, analyse proposed tools for working with
the PDX models and design integration among them. Result of
this thesis is the implementation of functionality which allows
the user to export his/her selection of PDX models from one of
the tools (Data Portal) to another (cBioPortal), where
cBioPortal offer much more detailed visualisation and analysis
of selected PDX models.
