This thesis deals with the experimental application of network analysis and related methods to the judicial decisions of the Constitutional, Supreme and Supreme Administrative Courts. These methods are used for two methodologically separate purposes - to describe the citation network of the decisions of these courts and to improve the retrieval of court decisions. Three specific methods are selected for the retrieval of court decisions, using which the decisions are processed and whose results are then presented to an expert group of lawyers for evaluation. On the basis of the evaluation, their suitability for practical use in case law searches is assessed.
