Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá charakterizací 10 vybraných buněčných linií, které byly derivovány ze 4 typů solidních nádorů - multiformního glioblastomu (GM7, GM10, HGG-02), meduloblastomu (MBL-03), neuroblastomu (NBL-01, NBL-06) a osteosarkomu (OSA-01, OSA-02, OSA-03, OSA-05). Abstract
Presented thesis is focused on characterization of 10 cell lines that were derived from 4 different types of solid tumors - glioblastoma multiforme (GM7, GM10, HGG-02), medulloblastoma (MBL-03), neuroblastoma (NBL-01, NBL-06), and osteosarcoma (OSA-01, OSA-02, OSA-03, OSA-05).
