Blue X Enterprise operates as a small business within the manufacturing industry, specializing in the sale of both new and second-hand manufacturing and processing machines. In recent times, the company has encountered a challenge regarding customer acquisition through their online platform. Over the past few years, the organization has struggled with updating their website's product catalogue and business partner information. Consequently, the website has remained without updates for the past four years creating an endless backlog of obsolete information. This thesis aims to analyze the root cause of the problem and suggest a solution through a Prince2® project plan that aims at standardizing the solution while tailoring the Prince2 methodology to adapt it to the resources and constraints of a small business.
