The thesis on the topic Law of Cybersecurity deals with
defining cybernetic
attacks, defense against them and appropriate retribution of
the attackers. The thesis
performs both legal and technological analysis of individual
cybernetic attacks and a brief
comparison with a foreign approach towards cybersecurity. On
this basis the thesis
proposes pragmatic and legally conform solutions of various
security incidents.
