Abstract

Vitiligo je získané idiopatické onemocnění kůže projevující se tvorbou depigmentovaných lézí různé velikosti a tvaru s vymizením melanocytů uvnitř lézí. Kauzální léčba není možná a konzervativní terapie je u řady pacientů neúčinná. Chirurgická terapie může být účinná u některých pacientů s anamnézou neúspěšné konzervativní terapie. Vitiligo is an idiopathic acquired skin disorder characterized by depigmented lesions of variable size and shape with a complete absence of melanocytes in the lesions.Causal treatment is impossible and medical treatment is ineffective with most patients.
