Abstract
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá redakční rutiny a stresové faktory v regionální redakci České televize (ČT) v Brně. Pomocí kvalitativních metod analyzuje, jak rutiny formují pracovní postupy a komunikaci a jak jsou strategie zvládání stresu využívány v reakci na vznikající stresory. Abstract
This thesis explores editorial routines and stress factors in the regional newsroom of Czech Television (ČT) in Brno. Drawing on qualitative methods, it examines how routines shape workflows and communication, and how coping strategies are employed in response.
