Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nerovnoprávných smluv, které Japonsko uzavřelo v padesátých a šedesátých letech devatenáctého století se západními mocnostmi. Po představení historických a politických souvislostí se práce zabývá podobou zahraničního obchodu před otevřením Japonska. Abstract
This thesis deals with the analysis of unequal treaties conducted between Empire of Japan and western powers during late Tokugawa period. After introduction of historical and political consequences, it focuses on Japanese foreign trade before its opening. The core of work consists of analysis of Japanese unequal treaties and their comparison with other unequal treaties conducted with China and Korea. In conclusion the thesis examines impact of these agreements on the Japanese economy.
