The diploma thesis deals with specific approaches and
functioning of the school counseling workplace at three
selected primary schools in order to analyze what is their main
scope of work and how the cooperation of individual members
with each other and with other pedagogical staff works.
Research data were obtained with the help of semi-structured
interviews with pedagogical staff, free observation in the
school environment, analysis of listening in a special
pedagogical intervention and analysis of school documentation.
