The bachelor“s thesis deals with alpine skiing, eating habits and regeneration of skiers. The theoretical part characterizes history, disciplines and physical strain of alpine skiing. There is also described the topic of kinesiologic and kinematic analysis, regenerative resources and nutrition. The second part is focused on the comparison of eating, regeneration and training habits between the top and performance skiers. Research is performed by quantitative method using the questionnaire. In the appendix is contained the file of compensatory exercises for skiers.
