Možnosti prevence zranění ve fotbalu

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se budu věnovat možnostem prevence zranění ve fotbale, přesněji se budu zabývat tím, jaké jsou nejčastější zranění a jak jim můžeme předcházet. V první části se budu věnovat celkové charakteristice fotbalu a následně se budu věnovat konkrétním poraněním. Ve druhé části budu zjišťovat jaké jsou možnosti prevence a poté sestavím zásobník cviků, sloužící k prevenci zranění.

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I am going to write about the possibilities of injury prevention in football, especially with the most common injuries and how we can prevent them. In the first part I am going to focus on the overall characteristics of football and then I am going to fdeal with specific injuries. In the second part I am going to find out what are the possibilities of prevention and then build a stack of exercises.
