Presented thesis „The Europeanization of the Security and
Defence Policy in the Czech Republic“ aims to analyse the
impact of the europeanization process on the development and
the form of the Czech security and defence policy framework
after 1999.  The main hypothesis assumes that „Some
modifications of the standards, instruments and the policy
discourses in the Czech security and defence policy can be
considered as the impact of the europeanization process in this
area.“ The main research method is the top-down approach and
the theoretical framework includes the policy analysis and the
selected concepts of the europeanization.
