Bachelor  thesis  "The curriculum of vocational education in
the Czech and Italian
vocational school with potential  of engineering pedagogy
utilisation (Comparative study)” 
gives an idea of  difference between the education of students
of vocational schools
in the Czech Republic and Italy. It deals with the education
system of these countries,
both  generally  in  relation  to specific gastronomic schools
and at the level of informal
education some organizations associated with it. The practical
part follows with comparing
the most commonly used textbooks for vocational subject Table
setting, their quality and timeliness
of expertise from the perspective of teachers and students from
both countries.
