This thesis deals with the preparation of multi-channel electrochemical biosensor for analysis of polyphenols in selected samples of beer. The theoretical part is focused on the characterization of polyphenolic compounds, their properties and determination. Further there is analyze problems od enzyme biosensors with electrochemical converter. In the experimental part were summarized the preparation of bioelectronic tongue using enzymes oxidizing phenolic compounds and prepared calibration of single- and four-channel biosensors using automated dispensing samples. Furthermore, real beer samples was measured by this method.
