Significance of biochemical parameters in patients with sepsis
Význam stanovení biochemických parametrů u septických stavů
Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením biochemických parametrů u septických stavů. Septické stavy jsou významnou komplikací velké řady onemocnění u dospělých i dětí. Mezi nejvíce využívané parametry patří C reaktivní protein, prokalcitonin a nově i presepsin. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty poznatky o sepsi a jednotlivých parametrech. V praktické části byly změřeny hodnoty presepsinu u souboru pacientů …more
Abstract
Bachelor theses is focused on the determination of biochemical parameters in sepsis. Sepses are important complications in a large number of adult and children diseases. Most used parameters include C-reactive protein, Procalcitonin and newly Presepsin. The theoretical part includes knowledge of sepsis and particular parameters. In the practical part Presepsin values of patients from different departments …more
