Master's thesis
Fluorescent fiber optic immunosensors
Fluorescenční optovláknové imunosensory
Abstract
Abstract
This diploma thesis is about optical imunosensors, with focus on optical fibers and evanescence. In the practical part a laboratory fiber-optic immunosensors is constructed, fluorescent labeled human serum albumin is used as an analyte in measurements. Several of the sensor characteristics are described along with its regeneration, kinetic and incubation measurements are conducted and the kinetics of photobleaching is discussed.
