Nádorové kmenové buňky (NKB) představují populaci buněk v nádoru, která se svými vlastnostmi podobá buňkám kmenovým. Charakteristikou těchto buněk je i rezistence vůči chemoterapii a radioterapii. Abstract
Cancer stem cells (CSC) are believed to be a subpopulation within a tumor that is responsible for drug rezistance. That is a reason to search for new ways how to treat tumors and influence this rezistant cells. This diploma thesis is focused on recently described inhibitor MLN-4924.
