The diploma thesis looks into the history and present of the
class and school climate. The
theoretical part of the diploma thesis is divided into	class
climate and  school climate description.
Basic concepts are described and basic attributes and factors
of school climate are developed.
This thesis explains the principal methods of research, with
emphasis on various forms of questionnaires
with possible solution to remedy and optimization of class and
school climate. At the end of the theoretical
part the use of evaluation tools on internet portals 
www.rvp.cz and www.survio.com are described.
These were used in the research work of school and class
climate, as a possible way of compulsory school self
evaluation,
as materials for further work, especially for teachers and
class teams, and materials for their self-reflection.
The practical part deals with research using standard
evaluation tools on the methodical portal www.rvp.cz , which
was created as a basic support for teachers and support of
educational programs. The directors and teachers in schools
are the target group. The author along with the researched
school participated in the project Cesta ke kvalitě.
This project is implemented by the National Institute of
Education. In further research standardized questionnaire
CES using contemporary information technology and a server
www.survio.com that enables the creation, collection and
evaluation of data from research is utilized.
