The work is concerned with the role of institutions in
transition process. The objective of this work is to
analyse transformation process in Czech Republic forcefully on
role of institutions in this process. The first part of work is
dealing with economic theory about creating social and economic
order in society and about impact of formal and informal
institutions on the order.  In the second part the author is
analysing transformation process in Czech Republic in
institutional regard and evaluating it.
