This thesis deals with issues of establishment and financing
political parties in Slovak republic. Thesis is divided into
the  five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to defining
the concept of political party. The goal of the second chapter
is discussing about establishment of political parties. The
next two chapters are about financing political parties in the
Slovak Republic and comparison with legal regulations in the
Czech Republic. In the last chapter are some of scandalous
financing cases in the Slovak Republic.
