Aplikace nástrojů ekonomického řízení v podniku
Abstract
Cílem této práce je rozbor nástrojů ekonomického řízení uváděných ve zdrojích odborné literatury a následné zjištění míry jejich aplikace ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o řízení prostřednictvím manažerského účetnictví a rozebírá jeho tři základní subsystémy - kalkulaci, rozpočetnictví a nákladové účetnictví. V praktické části je představen systém ekonomického řízení v konkrétním podniku a v jeho problémových obalstech jsou navrhnuta řešení.
Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to analyse instruments of financial management in specialist literature and extent of its application in a particular enterprise. The theoretical part summarizes pieces of knowledge about management by managerial accounting and analyses three basic subsystems – costing, budgeting and cost accounting. In the practical part the system of financial management in a particular enterprise is introduced and a solution is suggested in its problematical parts.
