Abstract
Bakalářská práce "Historie germánských kmenů a jejich význam pro dnešní kulturu" si klade za cíl vytvořit obraz o životě Germánů a jejich kultuře. Práce se zabývá germánským runovým písmem, které bylo ve 20. století zneužito nacisty, a také zkoumá, jaké pozůstatky mytologie a zvyků germánského lidu můžeme nalézt v dnešním světě.
Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis „History of Germanic tribes and their relevancy for nowadays culture“ is to create a picture of Germans‘ life and their culture. The thesis deals with Germanic runic typeface that was abused by Nazis in the 20th century and it also searches which remains of mythology and customs of Germanic people can be found in present world.
