This bachelor’s thesis deals about the year-round comprehensive
preparation of football referees. The theoretical part is
devoted to the characteristics of football, the structure of
competitions of the Football association of the Czech Republic,
the personality of the referee and his rights and duties.
Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with parts of the
referee’s complex training. In the practical part, there is a
survey using a questionnaire survey, where the questions are
primarily focused on individual aspects of the complex training
of referees from the district to the professional level. The
aim is to find out the quality of training of football referees
across all performance groups.
