The thesis examines the role and importance of ministers in the
governmental system of the Czech Republic, focusing on their
constitutional, political, and legal status. It analyses the
evolution of their governmental role, the functions and
responsibilities they hold, and includes the historical
development of their position since the establishment of the
Czechoslovak Republic. The thesis presents specific examples of
the application of theoretical aspects in practice and assesses
the challenges faced by ministers. It offers a comprehensive
view of the role of ministers.
