This thesis focuses on the issue of social exclusion and its impact on the employability of socially excluded people. It analyses the key factors leading to social exclusion, including lack of education, discrimination, and limited access to services. It aims to identify the main barriers faced by these people in the labour market and to examine the role of state and non-profit organisations in supporting their integration. The results of the research highlight the importance of a coordinated approach involving public, private and non-profit sector cooperation for the successful social inclusion and employability of these people.
