Molecular genetic diagnostics of epidermolysis bullosa
Molekulárně genetická diagnostika epidermolysis bullosa
Abstract
Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) je vzácné dědičné onemocnění kůže, jehož základním projevem je extrémně křehká kůže a tvorba puchýřů, které vznikájí působením malého tlaku, třením nebo i spontánně. EB je tradičně rozdělována do tří základních typů podle toho, ve které vrstvě dermo-epidermální junkce puchýř vzniká: i) epidermolysis bullosa simplex (EBS); ii) dystrofická epidermolysis bullosa (DEB); iii) …more
Abstract
Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a rare genetic disease characterized by extremely fragile skin and recurrent skin blistering after mild or none mechanical trauma. Traditionally, EB is classified in three major categories according to the level of dermoepidermal separation at the basement membrane (BM) zone: i) epidermolysis bullosa simplex (EBS); ii) dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB); iii) junctional …more
