Diplomová práce popisuje elektrochemické studium mědi na parafinem impregnované grafitové elektrodě (PIGE) bez a v přítomnosti purinových derivátů. Bylo zjištěno, že puriny tvoří s mědí komplexy, které umožňují vyšší citlivost jejich elektroanalytické detekce. Abstract
The electrochemical study of copper on paraffin impregnated graphite electrodes (PIGE) without and in the presence of purine derivatives is described. With copper ions purines create complexes which allow to increase the sensitivity of their electroanalytical detections.
