Abstract
Cílem této rigorózní práce je analyzovat současný stav právní úpravy veřejného práva v oblasti kapitálového trhu s tím, že je brána v úvahu též regulace finančního trhu a dohledu nad ním obecně. Kromě právní úpravy se autor snažil do práce zahrnout též některé praktické aspekty současné situace na kapitálovém trhu a teoretické postuláty vyplývající z teorie finančního práva. Práce byla vytvořena dle aktuální právní úpravy v České republice zahrnující změny, které implementovaly směrnici MiFID.
Abstract
The aim of this rigorous thesis is to analyze current status of the public law legal regulation in the area of capital market with regard to the regulation of financial market and its supervision in general.
