Deposition of thin hydrophilic films in surface barrier discharge
Depozice tenkých hydrofilních vrstev v povrchovém bariérovém výboji
Abstract
Abstract
In this thesis we study the deposition of thin polymer films in atmospheric pressure surface dielectric barrier discharge. The deposition of the polymer films took place in the nitrogen gas with a small percentage concentration of propane butane, the substrate is glass. These polymer films create hydrophilic surface. We studied the dependence of surface energy on propane butane concentration in gas mixture. The prepared thin films are superhydrophilic.
