The bachelor thesis "Methodological processing: Coffee and its
effects on the human body" consists of two parts. The first
theoretical part deals with the history of coffee - where was
coffee discovered and who discovered it. It describes the
coffee plant. Which climate is coffee grown in. What way is
commonly used to grow it. What are the plant body and fruits
like. What ways is coffee harvested and how is coffee further
processed. The thesis deals with drying, roasting and grinding
coffee. It is explained, how coffee is exported and what the
various types of exported coffee are called. This thesis lists
the types of coffee beans, the coffee preparation and its
degustation. The thesis deals with countries that export
coffee. An important part of this work is the effect of coffee
on the human body. The second practical part is based on a
research that is concerned with coffee and several interviewed
people. The research is processed using written questionnaires,
which are subsequently evaluated.
