Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kořením a jeho vlivem na lidský organismus. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny obecné poznatky o koření, shrnuty jsou také jejich účinky na lidský organismus a detailněji jsou popsány vybrané druhy koření. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování znalostí cílové skupiny o problematice koření a sledování frekvence konzumace vybraných druhů koření metodou dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract
The Bachellor thesis focuses on spices and their influence on the human organism. The theoretical part presents general knowledge about spices, summarizes the individual effects on the human organism and decribes selected types of spices in detail. The practical part focuses on the survey of knowledge of the target group about spices and on the survey of the frequency of consumption of selected types of spices via using questionnaires.
