This thesis is focused on disadvantaged groups in the labor
market, to which persons after imprisonment. The aim of this
work is to assess the possibility of integrating these people
back into the labor market. Attention is paid to the
possibilities of today's prisons while working with inmates
before leaving the prison, during their re-socialization.
Furthermore this thesis focuses on the subsequent cooperation
with other institutions, whose activity is to help these
individuals after their release and their subsequent
integration back to the labor market.
