The aim of my bachelor work was to find return questions, how
social workers
evaluate social protection system in our country, especially
the system
allowances help in material stress, from the view of long-term
excavation,
how social workers evaluate effect of changes system allowances
help in
material stress. And what are the most often causes of long -
term
incumbency clients in this system. It was dealt about social
workers in social unions in the offices who practise the agenda
of allowances help in material stress.
To ascertain view were used semi - standardized interviews.
They were
focused on evaluation of the system of social protection in the
area of
material stress, benefit exploitation, causes of long - term
abidance in
benefits and the problems with it, on policy of the clients at
solving
situation.
And they are also focused on changes in the system allowances
help in
material stress in collation to previous system, effects
established
motivational elements and possibilities of usage social - work
with clients.
From the results of the interview ensue, that the system
allowances help in
material stress isn't generally taxation like too generous. It
makes
possible exploitation of benefits. Duration of the benefit
longer than 12 months is considered as long-term. Its causes
are seen as unwillingness of looking for and accepting any job,
especially low education, great age, children care,
homelessness. Motivation elements in the system allowances help
in material stress are not considered
as effective, posibility of social work with clients is minimal
because of
lack of time and large number of clients to one social worker.
At the close of this bachelor work, possible recommendation
(increased
number of social workers and also improvement of activity
employment office)
were put.
