The content of the diploma thesis is the transfer of ownership
with a focus on the potential pitfalls of new legislation of
Civil Code. The topic is viewed from the perspective of current
and new legislation, with an excursion into the concept of the
issue at the European level and conception under Polish law.
The aim of the diploma thesis is to compares the existing and
new legislation, to define the fundamental differences in the
transfer of ownership, to formulate the basic positives and
negatives of the new legislation and the possible implications
for the practice.
