Epidermolysis bullosa congenita je vzácné a velice závažné vrozené puchýřnaté onemocnění kdy se tvoří puchýře, defekty, nebo také kůže na části končetiny zcela chybí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku novorozeneckého období, na anatomii a fyziologii kůže, na problematiku nemoci, její projevy, formy a léčbu. Abstract
Epidermolysis bullosa congenita is a rare and very serious congenitaldisorder when the blisters, defects, or the skin on the limb is missing completely. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of neonatal period on the anatomy and physiology of the skin, on the issue of the disease, its symptoms, and treatment.
